After moving to West Yorkshire in 1996 I soon picked up the bug for house moving and the many processes involved in securing a successful house sale and move for clients.

I joined Linley & Simpson in 2015 after working in the York and Leeds areas gaining over 16 years' worth of sales experience from sales manager to valuer with leading York and Yorkshire estate agents.

I am delighted to be part of Linley & Simpson Sales Agents in North Leeds, a highly successful Yorkshire based agency, and to be heading up the North Leeds Sales team who pride themselves on excellent relationships with both buyers and sellers, providing a first class service.

Leeds is a vibrant and diverse city, with a wealth of history, architecture and attractions, this is reflected in the diverse range of properties we sell from exclusive family home to fantastic first time buyer homes.

Born and bred just outside York in the market town of Malton I've grown up to be a true Yorkshire man. On this path though I never quite knew where my career would end up but my family owned numerous retail shops and properties so by mixing the two I ended up in the property market.

I started working in property industry in 2003 for a nationwide estate agent and did so for 3 years. However I found this a bit too corporate and liked the idea of an independently owned letting agent to enable me to give clients more of personal touch so joined Linley and Simpson in 2006 and haven't looked back since. I joined the York team as a lettings negotiator, stepped up to be Lettings Manager when the opportunity arose, I have since managed the Wetherby office and currently manage the Roundhay office.

I am passionate about giving both landlords and tenants a high quality service along with that true Yorkshire friendliness and with the business now entering the sales market I'm looking forward to getting back to selling peoples homes too. I'm sure this new side of the business will enhance our office further and enable us to offer more clients in the area help with finding, selling or renting their home.
