Born and bred in Wakefield, I started my working life as a laboratory technician at the University of Leeds whilst completing my education. After having a family I wanted a change in direction and had always had a keen interest in property. I was offered a position with a local estate agent and have never looked back. After 8 years working in residential sales the market was deteriorating and I realised that the future of the property market was in lettings. I joined Linley & Simpson Letting Agents Wakefield at the beginning of 2010 as a Lettings consultant progressing to Office Manager in 2013.

Wakefield is an ideal place for landlords to invest with a great return on their investment. With fantastic transport links giving access along the M1 and M62 this gives tenants an ideal base to commute across Yorkshire.

Working along side the great team here in Wakefield with their wealth of knowledge and experience we aim to continue increasing the portfolio of properties we manage and maintain the high customer service standards we provide.
